TERMS & SERVICE POLICIES

This page explains the general service and billing policies of OWNZERED LLC. Your agreed proposal, service agreement, and invoice set out the details for your project or recurring service.
Scope and pricing
The agreed scope describes the services, deliverables, schedule, and fees. Website prices are starting prices; your proposal or invoice provides the price for your work. Additional work and changes to scope should be agreed in writing.
Billing and payments
Payment amounts, due dates, and recurring billing dates are shown on your invoice or agreement. Invoice payments are processed through Stripe. Advertising budgets and third-party subscriptions are separate where stated in your proposal or invoice.
Refunds and cancellation
No Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided for any services. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are canceled mid-month. Subscription billing must be canceled 5 business days before the re-billing date to avoid billing for the next month.
For cancellation requests or billing questions, email chad@ownzered.com and identify the service you want to cancel.
Project work and delivery
Website projects, deposits, milestones, support, and maintenance follow the terms in the applicable proposal or agreement. Delivery depends on the agreed scope and timely access, content, feedback, and approvals. Changes or delays in those inputs may affect the schedule.
Results and third-party platforms
SEO, local search, advertising, and outreach results vary with competition, market conditions, and third-party platforms. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed. The work we commit to is defined in your proposal or agreement.
Ownership and permitted use
Your project agreement governs ownership and licensing of deliverables. You should have permission to use the content and materials you provide. Contact us before copying or republishing material from this website.
Agreements and applicable rights
These policies should be read with your written agreement and invoice. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
